@Rute and co-authors, many thanks for this work. 
It is indeed very useful for the RAW WG! 

I would agree with Carlos here, we had indeed such discussion during the last IETF meeting.
To extend the existing use-cases draft by including requirements sections.
Thus, +1 from my side to what Carlos proposed.
