Got it. Given that the only place that seems to define a link context
for RDAP is in a profile extension, I think you are free to set it to
any value you want absent your server signaling compliance with such
an extension. We can add some text to the RDAP extensions draft
regarding this.

But as Scott noted, 9083 is the successor of 7483 and a client may
regard your server's JSON as ill-formed without the presence of the
value.
