Hi David,

Please proceed with this registration, but change the "Document Status" to "Other".

Please also advise the registrant that IETF namespaces (such as those starting with "urn:ietf:") should not be used by non-IETF specifications, so they should consider using a private namespace instead. Please also let them know that if they do change the namespace in the specification, they don't need to require an update the registration in the registry.
