Subject: [rfc-i] Reappointment of Eliot Lear as Independent Submission Editor

The Internet Architecture Board is pleased to announce the 
reappointment of Eliot Lear[1] as the Independent Submissions Editor 
(ISE). This appointment is for a two-year term ending in February 2026.

The IAB would like to thank Eliot for his continued willingness to 
serve the community in this capacity, as well as everyone who provided 
feedback during this process.
