Thanks, I've updated my links to point to the correct documentation.

Is there a way to suppress the boilerplate, for documents that aren't
going to be Internet-Drafts?  That is, to suppress the "Status of This
Memo" and "Copyright Notice" sections.

Section 2.33.4 says that the <rfc> "ipr" attribute can take the value
"none", but the processor rejects that.
