[rfc-i] Comments on draft-iab-rfcformatreq

Hello,

I have a few comments about draft-iab-rfcformatreq-00.  In Section 2.1.2:

   "The IETF works in ASCII (and English)."

 From draft-rfc-editor-rfc2223bis-08:

   "However, English is the primary language in which IETF business
    is conducted, and English is the official publication language
    for RFCs."

I suggest changing the text to:

    English is the official publication language for RFCs.

In Section 3.2:

   "*  There must be support for Accessibility, including alternative
       text for images, limitations on color."

There is a discussion of the color limitation in the fifth paragraph 
of that subsection.  I suggest removing sentence quoted above and 
replacing it with something along the lines of "graphics should be 
accompanied by explanatory text".  The WCAG20 reference can be removed.

P.S. The IETF used English to communicate.  ASCII was the standard 
for character encoding as email was used as the primary means of communication.
