I only got around to reading -newfcast-05 last week. IMHO, this is a
straightforward specifcation, as well as a worthwhile effort.
(Especially as Fcast will run over both current RMT flavours).

Small nit: The definition of Transport Object Identifier in section 3.1
refers to NormObjectId, which I think should be NormTransportId. (Note
that there are 3 remaining instances of NormObjectId in
draft-ietf-rmt-pi-norm-revised-13)
