<Rohit> How about using RFC 3095-like language?

      TS_STRIDE: Predicted increment/decrement of the RTP Timestamp
      field when it changes.
 
      TIME_STRIDE: Predicted time interval in milliseconds between
      changes in the RTP Timestamp.
