WG,

We have updated the urban draft to draft-ietf-roll-urban-routing-reqs-05
according to feedback from the IESG evaluation-

We clarified the following:
- adherence to layered IP architecture, in particular IPv6
- application endpoints can appear outside the LLN, e.g. beyond the LBR
- some nodes may act as a combination of sensor/actuator/router
- the routing protocol may distribute information on node capabilities to
be used (only) for the routing decision process

We have also removed reference to groupcast, as it is currently out of
scope and not supported in IPv6.

Regards,

-Tim
