IPvLX and its companion documents have been updated and are
available for comment; all can be found at: http://ipvlx.org.

Major changes are given below; please send comments either

1) IPvLX (draft-templin-ipvlx-07.txt):
  - Simplified and clarified text by introducing ITR/ETR/EBR/SBR
    terminology
  - Replaced RS/RA mapping mechanism with NI Query/Reply
  - introduced identifier/locator split terminology
  - numerous other clarifications/updates

2) Link Adaptation for IPv6-in-(foo)-in-IPv4 Tunnels
   (draft-templin-linkadapt-05.txt):
  - removed setting of IPv4 "Reserved Fragmentation", since ITE/ETE
capabilities can be discovered during the initial tunnel
    negotiation.
  - Clarified that mechanisms cover IPv6-in-(foo)-in-IPv4; not just
    IPv6-in-IPv4.
  - New terminology for ITE/ETE
  - Clarifications to layering model
  - Replaced RA with NI Reply as probe response
  - Reduced SEGID to 6 bits and increased ULPID to 8 bits

3) RFC4214(bis) (draft-templin-rfc4214bis-03.txt):
  - noted that ISATAP nodes are not required to validate that
interface identifiers with the 'u' bit set to universal are
    unique.
  - clarifications on Potential Router List initialization.
  - clarifications in neighbor unreachability detection.
  - updated domain of applicability.
