Hi all,

A new APT draft is available at:

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-jen-apt-01.txt

A lot of details have changed.  We have also added a helpful 'overview' 
section in the draft that provides all the rules
of the protocol in one convenient location.

All questions and comments are not just welcomed, but appreciated.
