Here's the rolled up document, including all proposals.

The highest priority will be given to editorial corrections.  Next, in 
priority will be substantive changes, however, this will be constrained 
so as to not create an issue for those folks starting in on analysis.  A 
distant third priority is addressing whinging.  ;-)

inter-domain traffic engineering.  This document reports the Routing
Research Group's prelimnary findings from its efforts towards
developing a recommendation for a scalable routing architecture.
