- cleanup issues related to front/seriesInfo duplicating information
from attributes on <rfc> (for instance:
<https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-levkowetz-xml2rfc-v3-implementation-notes-13.html#name-in-section-247-seriesinfo>)
