In section 4.3.2.1 it is said "

Alice uses her web browser with a service something like Skype to be
able to phone PSTN numbers.

"

I think it is a habit of IETF to not reference brand names.

It can be replaced with  "

Alice uses her web browser with a service that enables her to phone PSTN numbers."
