The reference to mode 4 forced me to read that part of the draft again
and now I have a question:

In the description of mode 4
*https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-rtcweb-ip-handling-06#section-5.2)
what is meant by "or the WebRTC implementation does not support UDP
proxying"?

Does "UDP Proxying" refer to the return proxy mechanism, a network
specific TURN server, or something else?
