Now that Harald’s back, he’s reviewed and merged the PRs I submitted as document shepherd to address the IESG discuss and comments from back in April.  Please see: https://github.com/rtcweb-wg/rtcweb-overview

There is one that I asked him not merge immediately related to whether to reference 5245bis or 5245: https://github.com/rtcweb-wg/rtcweb-overview/pull/37

The chairs and AD believe that this issue will be addressed as cluster 238 (https://www.rfc-editor.org/cluster_info.php?cid=C238) gets untangled and therefore we propose that this PR#37 be merged and we move this document to the RFC editor’s queue.  We’ll ask Harald to do the merge/submission when the submission window reopens.
