Hello BFD WG,

Authors have published new versions of s-bfd-base and s-bfd-ip documents (Links & diffs are listed below).

In these versions:
- Restructured the documents so that s-bfd-base describes BFD header mechanics and s-bfd-ip describes MPLS/IP/UDP mechanics.
- Incorporated comments received from folks on the list (thanks guys!), and special thanks for Marc Binderberger and Greg Mirsky for providing large set of comments.
- Added texts for S-BFD Echo function. Note that mechanism are described in s-bfd-base and port allocation is made in s-bfd-ip, but the the use case authors have in mind is Segment Routing.

Authors are planning to:
- Request for WG adoption poll for s-bfd-ip document in a week or two.
- Start working on s-bfd-sr (Segment Routing) document as the next priority.

Progressing s-bfd-base and s-bfd-ip documents will allow for basic S-BFD implementations via configuring remote discriminators on the IP and the MPLS data planes.
Progressing ISIS/OSPF S-BFD discriminator advertisement documents (links to these also listed below) will allow for S-BFD implementations without manually configuring remote discriminators.
Progressing s-bfd-sr document will allow for S-BFD implementations (including echo) on the Segment Routing technology.

And to accomplish above, we need your help to review the documents and provide comments. Note that we welcome comments in all forms, including simple positive comments like "revisions look good!" :)
