S-BFD seems to the most appropriate mechanism that the head-end of a SR-TE
tunnel can use to detect failure in the absence of local protection in one
of the transit nodes..

Do we have any interop report for S-BFD? Or at least known
implementations/vendors that support S-BFD? I know Cisco IOS XR supports
it, based on publicly available information..
