Hi

   1. I just noticed this email thread, having been away from IETF matters
   (i.e. including this email account) for a while.
   2. My 2nd term on the routing-directorate expired a couple of years ago
   (it was a 2 year term).
   3. The last in-term review requested of me & completed by me was in
   Apr/May 2021. (It was draft-ietf-bess-datacenter-gateway
   <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-bess-datacenter-gateway/reviewrequest/14541/>
   ).
   4. As per the RTgDir charter: "

   - When a member's term expires, the Routing ADs may replace the person
   whose term expires, may reappoint the same person, or may reduce the size
   of the Directorate.
   - There is no expectation that the same person will either want to be
   returned, or will be returned."

   1. My term having expired, no explicit communication to me from
   RoutingADs and no review having been assigned to me for ~2 years (i.e. from
   Apr/May 2021 to as of early-this-year when I last checked this account), it
   was a reasonable belief that my term had indeed ended.
   2. In view of the above, the review-assignment inexplicably made to me
   in May2023 (draft-ietf-lsr-dynamic-flooding) and Oct2023
(draft-ietf-rtgwg-qos-model-11)
   was based on a misplaced expectation.
   3. In view of the above, it is requested that you kindly remove me from
   the list of reviewers.
