Hi all,

-07 address the comments raised by Uma (document shepherd)

In additional to editorial comments, the main changes are:
- addition of a section "5.2 Timers" grouping the definition of the 3 timers used.
- in the FSM diagram, addition of the "SPF_TIMER expiration" event. This event does not change the FSM state, but is shown for completeness.
- in §5.4 "FSM Events" addition of the "SPF_TIMER expiration" event describing the action performed in response to this event. (i.e. Compute SPF; remain in current state)

Full diff are: https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=draft-ietf-rtgwg-backoff-algo-07

Best regards,
--Bruno
