Baring an error in the editing, this version has addressed
all of the issues that were raised post version 4 and post version
5, and therefore should include all of the changes that I said
I was making in the various reply notes I have been sending
to the list.

I think that this is now ready for the WGCs to continue
the publication process.

Thanks to everyone that contributed review comments.
