hi, the new draft draft-pechanec-pkcs11uri-18.txt addresses comments on the use of UTF-8 in labels and names. The issue is that the PKCS#11 specification does not comment on normalization of the UTF-8 encoded Unicode characters, it just says "UTF-8".
