Hi,

+1 to CoSWID.  I have been a strong supporter of CoSWID
all along.  This will be an enabler for SACM and many other
efforts.

Having now looked at Carsten's Modern Network Unicode
and read the good discussion w/ John Klensin and others,
I agree that MNU could evolve into an excellent replacement
for RFC 5198.  Not only CoSWID, but most all of the SACM
drafts would benefit by explicitly addressing normalization
and comparison issues w/ Unicode strings.
