Re: [sacm] I-D Action: draft-ietf-sacm-arch-12.txt

Apologies for pushing two versions on one day, but the problem I ran into building the draft for -11 turned out to be easy to fix. So, the -12 adds the terminology we pulled in from the old terminology draft (not all of them).
