[as chair]

As the final known issue (crediting Alfred Hoenes) has been fixed in
the new -09 version, I am calling a three-week WGLC on
draft-ietf-salud-alert-info-urns-09 to close on Monday 11 November,
the Monday after the IETF meeting. I am allowing the additional week
because we are in the run-up to the meeting and people are probably
extra busy.

Everybody: Please read through the -09 version to see that all your
concerns have been met.

Dale
