Hello, I've read draft-cheshire-sbm-01 and I think it's a useful and
important idea.
I have several comments on this draft out of my curiosity. I CC-ed this as
we will have sessions for the draft at tsvwg and tcpm in the next IETF
meeting.

1: I am curious about what would be the best practice to write effective
applications with this option. Can future versions of the draft provide
some guidance or examples? (I personally prefer sample pseudo code if
possible)
2: Since the draft mentions it can be applicable for bulk transfer
applications, I'm wondering if the usage of this feature would be different
between real time applications and bulk transfer applications
3; Does this draft intend to specify how to calculate the replenish time or
is it out of scope? I think it would be better to have a unified way anyway

Thanks,
