As mentioned last week, here is draft 04 of SCIM Events. 

Major changes are that non-normative sections and use-cases are removed so as not to confuse or cause conflicts with other frameworks and specs.  These sections were originally included to inform the group ot “how to use” information originating from discussions in the SECEVENTs workgroup.

The editorial drive here was to focus the specification on defining SCIM relevant events.  This included removal of “signals” type events that may be duplicative of OpenId Shared Signals as per discussion on the WG mailing list.
