This draft picks up feedbacks from issues in github (https://github.com/ietf-scim-wg/draft-ietf-scim-events/issues) and from the mailing list.

There is an outstanding issue #36 about whether to include a non SCIM sub id example.  Please discuss this on the issue page (or in a separate WG email thread).

Aside from that, I believe we are close to last call.
