In general it would be interesting to discuss what we envision the network
topology to be and how users interact with one or more SCITT instances per
the use case docs. To ensure all parts of the architecture needed are
currently present in the doc.

I’m interested in discussing federation and policy which I know have been
dropped currently. Perhaps there is potential for those as extensions to
SCITT.

Personally I see this as critical to adoption at scale as federation of
items conforming to a policy could dramatically cut policy engine decision
making if it can cache evaluation from federated instances.
