Hello SCITT WG, I’m contributing a read-only research/interoperability project called WS-CAE that models cryptographic authority, migration state, critical dependencies, evidence, and recovery boundaries for digital-asset systems. We have now implemented a content-addressed continuity manifest plus append-order Merkle inclusion proofs, linked checkpoints, frozen interoperability vectors, and SCITT-oriented statement serializers. The implementation also exercises current SCITT tooling and official cross-implementation vectors in CI. I’m not proposing a new signature algorithm, blockchain, token, or transparency service. I’m asking a narrower architecture question: would a digital-asset cryptographic-continuity statement be an appropriate SCITT profile/use case, and if so, what existing SCITT structures should carry the manifest content ID, dependency/evidence claims, and checkpoint linkage? Public implementation/review surface: https://github.com/Bdavis1390/Sara_pro/pull/221 The branch is research-stage; no SCITT/IETF endorsement or adoption is claimed. Corrections, prior art, or guidance toward the right WG process are welcome. Regards, Brandon Davis Worldshepherd
