Thanks for your information.
I roughly read the "Overview of SDL-2010"--ITU-T Z.100.

In my understanding, this draft and Z.100 have different target user and different angle of view.
Z.100 is used to describe the internal behavior of telecommunication system, its target user is telecommunication system's designer or developer.
This draft raises requirement of customer about how to describe resource requirement and outside behavior requirement of communication system. Its target user is the customer of communication system.

But Z.100 is still a good reference, thanks again for your information and hope your more comments.

Just to avoid any confusion: I assume this is *not* the Specification and Description Language (SDL) described by the ITU-T in recommendations
