[Secdispatch] Dispatch/SecDispatch outcomes from 30 June interim

Thanks to many of you who participated in today’s interim 
Dispatch/SecDispatch meeting. We had about 50 participants for the 
meeting.

Here are the outcomes we recorded from the presentations. This message 
serves, in part, to request confirmation of rough consensus on these 
outcomes, so please reply if there is disagreement with what is 
reported:

1. The TLS TimeToken Secure Protocol - Heime Jorgen

	Presenter said he might take this to the Independent Submission Editor, 
which was acknowledged as a possible path even though not an action from 
Dispatch.

2. Artificial Intelligence Internet Protocol - Aram Sogomonian

	No presentation.

3. Secured Digital Lifecycle Protocol - Mark Norton

	No action for IETF. What’s proposed isn’t primarily a network 
protocol. This might be more appropriate for https://www.iota.org/ or 
https://www.sigstore.dev/.

4. A Capability-Oriented Intent Routing Protocol - Saurabh Verma

	No action for IETF at this time. Need to find additional parties that 
are interested in implementing this and interoperating with it, and 
perhaps work toward standardization then. Need to identify or create a 
mailing list for discussion of this sort of thing (perhaps agent2agent).

5. DNS-Based Agent Naming - Ramachandra Rao Seethiraju

	Participate in the DAWN BOF and organizational effort to see if this 
work can be incoroporated there.

6. Context Relay Protocol - Constantinos Vidiniotis

	No presentation.
