In general these look good to me. I only have some questions for consideration:

Some of the (sub-)registries created could potentially benefit with Experimental allocations. For example, SFC Active OAM Message Type, SFC Echo Return Codes (maybe), SF Identifier Types
An editorial question — Sections 10.2.2. and 10.3.1. respectively number bits as "7-0” and “15-0”. Since the description says 0 is the MSB, should that be 0-7 and 0-15 to be more clear?
