Hi all,

All the spec hacking of the last few days inspired me to throw together a
new reference implementation of SFrame that we can use to generate test
vectors a little more systematically than the current scripts. (And this
time in Rust!)

https://github.com/sframe-wg/sframe/pull/131

It would be great if someone could take a look through and confirm that
this implementation matches the spec. There's probably like 20 lines of
actual code to review :)

Thanks,
--Richard
