Hi all,

This is a minor revision.  The two primary differences over -02 are:

- Test vectors are now incorporated, based on the reference implementation
in the repo
- The derivation of the key and salt from the base key was revised as
suggested by Marta

This should be a good baseline for folks to have in mind when reviewing the
issues in the repo.  As a reminder, your feedback is needed!
