[sidr] remote participation information for the interim meeting

Here is the webex invitation including the dial in information.

No slides have yet been sent to the chairs from anyone, so this meeting will start out as conversation only (after the usual brief chair presentation).

If anyone has slides they wish to share at any point, send them to the chairs for upload to the meeting materials site.
