All,

our next SIDROps meeting is scheduled for Monday, 3 November 2:30 PM (Montreal time).

Starting with this meeting we would like to manage the agenda differently, using GitHub: https://github.com/ietf-wg-sidrops/meetings

Requests can be done in the following way:

For each IETF meeting there is an IETF-XXX folder. Each folder contains a file named ietf-XXX-sidrops-slot-requests.md with the list of requested slots, for each slot the following information needs to be provided:

Title
Speaker
Desired duration
Link to related document in the Datatracker

Not all requests will be necessarily scheduled in the WG agenda, depending on the priority of the topic and the volume of the demands. The desired duration is just an indication. The allocated time may differ.

The final agenda for each IETF is prepared by the chairs.

Requester can either send an email to the chairs and secretary (sidrops-chairs@ietf.org <mailto:sidrops-chairs@ietf.org>) or create a Pull Request on the request file.

Please submit your slot request by Monday 20 October.

On behalf of the chairs
Luigi
