Dear all,

Similar to the recent change in the CCR profile [1], with this I-D
update the ErikIndex & ErikPartition object types are converted from
EncapsulatedContentInfo to 'normal' ContentInfo as the top-level
containing structure.

I've updated the 'miso.sobornost.net' relay node to produce the new -02
encoding struture and I'll roll updates out across the other
proof-of-concept relays in the coming days.

Kind regards,

Job
