My thanks to all the WG members that took time to read the CIPID draft. As
reflected in the soon-to-be-appearing draft-ietf-simple-cipid-03, the
following changes of a non-editorial nature were made:

- Specify for all elements which types receivers should support.

- Add a security consideration paragraph about covert channels.

I believe all open issues have been closed.
