Greetings, all,

A new revision of the Indexed-ASCII draft is now available [1]. This version includes the formatting changes agreed to on the list:

- removed the length from the pointer/length pairs
- split the single To field into separate URI and Tag fields
- split the single From field into separate URI and Tag fields
- removed protocol transport from source and destination address:port:xport and moved it to the flags field
- moved the Response Status-Code field to immediately after the CSeq 

These are the principal changes along with some other document rearrangement and editorial changes.
