Thank you for your answer. Sorry I did a failure in my response so It went not correctly out.

So due to your two comments made:
(1) If RFC7976 already mirrored 24.229, is this claim still valid with the new update? Or there were changes to 24229 since then?

[RJ]  Yes this is still valid.

(2) 24229 was cited as normative in RFC7976n while it is informative in the new update. That reference is needed to assess the backward compatibility claim in the draft.

[RJ]  Sorry that went through. I have changed the reference to normative now for the next version -04.
Note: As I did the operational section with the proposed text in version -03 but I didn't removed it from the introduction section so this will be also done as an editorial activity.
