I don't like the use of "pointer" here. These are not pointers. They are 
identifiers. URID would work, though it may be too similar to other 
things. How about UPRID (Unique Proxy Registration ID), or PURID.

Or what about Proxy Unique Temporary Registration ID (PUTRID)? :)
