Christer pointed out a change that I forgot to mention during the
session on Monday:

    If a SUBSCRIBE request to refresh a subscription receives a 404, 405,
    410, 416, 480-485, 489, 501, or 604 response, the subscriber MUST
    consider the subscription terminated.

This normative "MUST" used to be a lowercase "should." This change was
already discussed on the list -- I'm just pointing it out again because
I didn't mention it during the face-to-face meeting.
