This location error is stating it requires permission (i.e., PIDF-LO <retransmission- allowed> element set to "yes") and RFC4119 section 2.2.2 Instructions: ------------- This erratum is currently posted as "Reported". If necessary, please use "Reply All" to discuss whether it should be verified or rejected.
