[JM] I've created a repo [1] based on Martin Thomson's repo template, 
and I have loaded the markdown that I extracted from [2]. The only 
updates so far (e.g., stripping trailing whitespace and changing docname 
to draft-ietf-sipcore-callinfo-rcd-latest) are to get the repo actions 
to work. I'll let you know when I've made my editing pass.
