Poor response from reviewers. Only two of four reviewers have provided
reviews. Others are not responding or are tied up with other work. This
draft is way behind. LC review will be kept open for the time being. This
draft's LC review has been weak. There has been little response from
reviewers and the list.

draft-ietf-sipping-e164-00.txt
Waiting on authors' summary. Expected by IETF 52 draft cut-off date. Moved
from SIP WG. Previously named draft-campbell-sip-e164-00.txt.

draft-ietf-sipping-sipt-00.txt
Awaiting authors' summary. Moved from SIP WG. Previously named
draft-vemuri-sip-t-context-02.txt.

draft-ietf-sipping-isup-00.txt
Open list discussion announced.

draft-ietf-sip-cc-transfer-05.txt
NITS under way. Schedule pushed out to accommodate author's schedule.
