Dear S/MIME WG:

This update to the RSAES-OAEP document addresses the issues raised during 
working group last call.  Major changes include a new section on 
certificate conventions and revisions in the security considerations.

I plan to forward this document to the IESG on Friday for IETF-wide Last 
Call.  Post a message to the WG mail list if you have concerns.
