Subject: Index objects not-accessible

Dear SNANAU MIBers:

I have a question (most likely due to my limited knowledge for SNMPv2)
regarding the SNANAU MIB as published in RFC1666.TXT:

FACT (in RFC1666):
   snaNodeAdminIndex
   snaNodeLinkAdminIndex
   snaLuAdminLuIndex
   snaLuRtmPuIndex
   snaLuRtmLuIndex
all the above objects have MAX-ACCESS defined as "not-accessible".

QUESTION:
What does it mean for an index object to be not-accessible?
I suppose it means no GET operation is allowed for this object, right?

CONCERNS:
Where does a network management station go
to find the snaNodeAdminIndex when it tries to use it as an INDEX
to get entries from other tables? For example,
     snaLuOperTable is indexed by:
        INDEX   { snaNodeAdminIndex, snaLuAdminLuIndex }

Please help me to understand how this is supposed to work!
Thank you!
