Well, you could look at RFC 1286, or you could look at
draft-ietf-bridge-objects-00.txt, available wherever Internet Drafts
are to be found.  The latter is Anil Rijsinghani's update based on the
meeting of the working group in July.

Which brings me to another point; the draft has been posted for a week
or two now, and no-one has posted any remarks that I've seen.  If I
don't see anything within the next week, I'll ship it off to the IESG
with the words "Please Promote to Draft Standard".

I'm SURE they don't have anything better to think about...
