Thank you for your review of the draft.

Here is my thought.
1. BFD for DS-Lite is the detection for tunnelling, which could be applied to DSL-Lite and LW4o6.
2. DS-Lite standard needs to specify not only the AFTR behavior, but also the B4 behavior, including when BF initiate BFD, how to process if the negotiation does not go through, how to deal with failure; if the the performance gets worse, how CPE deals with different services etc. So it is associated with DS-Lite.
